These terms apply to all purchases made on vietiki.com. The store is operated by Vietiki, MB, Sporto g. 1, LT-72308 Tauragė, Lithuania, company code 307749133, VAT number LT100020730513 ("Vietiki", "we", "us"). Full contact details are in our Contact information.

Vietiki sells aftermarket accessories, including car key covers, phone and AirPods cases, watch bands, wallets and car interior parts. Please check the product description and photos to make sure an item fits your key or device. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the real product.

Prices are shown at checkout in the selected currency. Any applicable taxes and the final total are shown before you pay. Prices and availability may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed. Payment is made at checkout using the payment methods offered there.

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract is concluded when we dispatch your order. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error; if so, we will refund any payment in full.

Vietiki is an independent aftermarket retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by any vehicle or device manufacturer. All trademarks, brand names, model names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Our products are not original equipment (OEM) parts.

You may not use this website for any unlawful purpose, to infringe the rights of others, to submit false information, or to interfere with its security or operation. All content on this website, including text and photos, belongs to Vietiki or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where this is not allowed by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at info@vietiki.com and we will try to resolve it. Consumers can also contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (vvtat.lrv.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution, or bring a claim before the competent court.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
