This privacy policy explains how Vietiki, MB, Sporto g. 1, LT-72308 Tauragė, Lithuania, company code 307749133 ("Vietiki", "we") collects and uses your personal data when you visit or buy from vietiki.com. We are the data controller. Contact: info@vietiki.com.

• Order data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, items ordered and payment status. We do not see or store your full card details; payments are handled by the payment provider.
• Messages: what you send us by email, WhatsApp or our forms, for example photos of your key.
• Newsletter: your email address and, if you choose, phone number for marketing messages.
• Reviews: your name, rating, review text and any photos you submit.
• Device and usage data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed and how you reached our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

• To process and deliver your order, handle returns and warranty claims, and reply to your messages (performance of a contract).
• To keep invoices and accounting records (legal obligation).
• To prevent fraud, keep the store secure and improve it (our legitimate interests).
• To send marketing emails or SMS, and to use advertising and analytics cookies (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

We only share your data with service providers who help us run the store, and only as far as needed:

• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders;
• payment providers, to process payments;
• fulfilment partners and delivery carriers, to ship your order;
• Omnisend, for order and marketing emails and SMS;
• Judge.me, to collect and show product reviews;
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising measurement, only if you accept marketing cookies;
• other apps that power features of our store, such as our cart and pop-up tools.

We may also disclose data where required by law, for example to tax authorities. We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States or Canada. In such cases, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
