Citroën Key Covers

Citroën's C3 handbook lists two keys: a folding remote with a spring-loaded metal blade, and an electronic key for Keyless Entry and Start, which never has to leave your bag to open, lock or start the car. Our hand-stitched Alcantara cover is made for the 3-button smart key, an angular body that tapers towards one end, and comes in nine colours.

Is yours the smart key?

  • It has three buttons: lock, boot and unlock.
  • No blade swings out. If pressing a button flips a metal blade out, you have the folding remote, and this cover isn't cut for it.

Hands-free habits, per Citroën

The C3 handbook points out that the car can't be locked while one of the keys is still inside it. Leave the car unused for 21 days and the hands-free functions go into hibernation; pressing a button on the remote brings them back.
