Shipping & Returns

Shipping is free on every order, to every country we deliver to. There is no minimum order value.

Orders are processed and dispatched by us or our fulfilment partners within 1–3 business days of being placed. You will receive an order confirmation by email, and a second email with your tracking number once your order ships.

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates: carrier delays or customs checks can occasionally add time.

Your shipping confirmation email includes a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Depending on your country, import duties, taxes (such as VAT) or customs fees may be charged when your parcel arrives. These charges are set by your country's authorities and are paid by the customer. If you are unsure, please check your local import rules before ordering.

To change your shipping address or cancel an order, contact us at info@vietiki.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we can no longer change the address or cancel it, but you can still return it after delivery as described in our Refund policy.

If tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours and local post office, then contact us. If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email info@vietiki.com with photos of the item and packaging and we will put it right. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You can return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Every product also comes with our 1-year warranty. These are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer, which they do not limit.

To cancel an order before it ships, email info@vietiki.com as soon as possible. Once it has been handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it after delivery.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Email info@vietiki.com with your order number. Once your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to identify them.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered. In those cases we cover the cost.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know whether it is approved. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.

For cancellations under the EU right of withdrawal (see below), we refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the item back, or you have shown proof that you have sent it, whichever is first.

If you are a consumer and your order is delivered within the European Union, you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email to info@vietiki.com or use our withdrawal form. You must then send the item back within 14 days of notifying us. You are only responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to check it.

Personalised items made to your specifications (for example with a name, number, initials or other custom text) are excluded from the right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty. Standard choices such as device model, colour or size are not personalisation.

Please check your order when it arrives and contact us right away if an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Under EU consumer law you are entitled to a legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery: if an item is faulty, we will repair or replace it, or, if that is not possible, offer a price reduction or refund.

In addition to your legal rights, our warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for 1 year from delivery. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage or misuse. To make a claim, email info@vietiki.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
