Under the EU right of withdrawal you can cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the form below and we'll email you a confirmation.

Confirm that you want to withdraw and tell us which order it concerns. We'll send a confirmation to your email.

The 14-day cooling-off period

The 14-day period starts the day after you receive your order. You can cancel within those 14 days without giving a reason. After you notify us, return the item within a further 14 days.

What happens next

We confirm by email, then guide you through the return. We aim to issue your refund within 1-4 business days after receiving the item or your proof of return. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect.

Exemptions

Personalised items with a name, number, initials or other custom text are made to order and are exempt from the right of withdrawal, unless they are faulty. Standard choices such as device model, colour or size are not considered personalisation.
