Yes. Our covers are made from genuine Alcantara, the suede-like microfibre used on performance steering wheels and seats, with hand-stitched edges. For some keys we also offer leather, goatskin, suede or carbon fibre — the material is always named on the product page.

Alcantara gives a soft, dry, non-slip grip, doesn't show fingerprints like glossy plastic, and stays comfortable in both cold and heat. It also protects the original key from drops, scratches and keyring wear.

Fit depends on the shape of the key, not only on the car model — the same model can come with different keys depending on year and trim. Compare your key's shape and the number and layout of its buttons with the product photos. If they match, the cover fits.

Yes. The buttons are marked on the cover and keep a clear click, and the thin material doesn't affect keyless entry, push-button start or NFC card keys.

Yes. Covers for flip keys have a cutout for the blade release button, so the blade folds out as normal.

We add new keys based on customer requests. Send us a photo of your key and we'll let you know whether we have a cover for it or plan to make one.

Brush it gently with a soft brush or a dry microfibre cloth to remove dust and lift the fibres. For hand oils or marks, dab lightly with a cloth dampened with lukewarm water or an Alcantara cleaner, never rub hard, and let it air-dry. More tips in our Alcantara care guide.

Yes, shipping is free on all orders, worldwide.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery then usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates — carrier or customs delays can occasionally add time.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These are paid by the customer and are not included in our prices.

Contact us at info@vietiki.com as soon as possible. We can change or cancel an order until it has been handed to the carrier; after that, you can still return it once it arrives.

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Email us first at info@vietiki.com — we'll send the return address and instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details in our refund policy.

Once we've received and inspected your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Yes. For orders delivered in the European Union, you can cancel or return within 14 days of receiving them, without giving a reason. See Right of withdrawal.

Yes, every product has a 1-year warranty. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, email us with photos and we'll make it right.
