At Vietiki, we are thrilled to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders! Please review our shipping procedures and estimated delivery times below.
Order Processing
We process all orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast delivery. Orders are typically processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center within [1 to 3] business days of placing your order. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once it has shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update with your shipment's status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Vietiki is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If you are ordering internationally, please be aware of your local customs laws.
Address Changes and Cancellations
If you need to make a change to your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at info@vietiki.com immediately. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to modify the address or cancel the shipment.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors and local postal carriers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@vietiki.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right under our warranty.
