We want you to love your experience with Vietiki. We offer a 30-day return policy and a 1-year warranty on our products.

Order Cancellations and Changes

We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure fast, free worldwide delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at info@vietiki.com immediately. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping carrier, we are unfortunately unable to modify or cancel it, but you can still return it once it arrives.

Return Eligibility

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase

Please note: While Vietiki proudly offers free worldwide shipping on all outgoing orders, customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return is accepted, we will reply with the proper return shipping address and provide you with step-by-step instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, Issues, and Warranty

All our products come with a 1-year warranty for your peace of mind. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must meet the standard return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
